Junior Judo Classes: Our children's classes are designed to introduce young participants (ages 6-13) to the fundamentals of judo in a fun and engaging way. Led by accredited instructors, these sessions focus on developing coordination, balance, discipline, and confidence through age-appropriate techniques and games. Children learn valuable skills while having a great time and making new friends in a supportive environment.
Did you know all our instructors hold valid blue cards? A Blue Card is a government-issued identification card that indicates an individual has undergone a thorough criminal history check and is approved to work or volunteer with children and young people. All coaches also hold current CPR and First Aid certificates.
Senior Judo Classes: Our senior classes cater to older participants (14+) who are looking to improve their physical fitness, learn self-defence skills, and experience the benefits of judo training. These sessions offer a combination of technical instruction, conditioning exercises, and controlled sparring (randori) opportunities. Senior classes provide a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where individuals can train at their own pace and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow judo enthusiasts.
